Equivalent to SØK200 Microeconomics
A selection of written assignments the student has worked with throughout the semester must be included in a portfolio that will be submitted for assessment at the end of the semester. Further information about the portfolio requirements will be given at the beginning of the course.
A combination of portfolio assessment (30%) and a 4-hour written final examination (70%).
The course discusses different perspectives of international business and economics. Two central goals of this course are (1) to show profit opportunities in trade and (2) to give an introduction to cross border investments and demonstrate the competitive aspects of international trade. The syllabus will be in English, so that this course can be taken by exchange students.
