A bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business and Administration or similar (such as Bachelor in sport management).
English or Norwegian, depending on the rules of the Master programme on which the student is enrolled.
To give the students in-dept knowledge in the relationship between forms of organization and management and change in organizations. Organization change can be studied through critical and/or functional theoretical perspectives and the students should have knowledge of the most basic theories to be able to make their independent judgements of organization and management designs
