The main purpose of the course is to give students insight into the processes and elements in organizations that bring about growth, stagnation and crises.
To generate relevant strategies in different developmental situations require understanding of structures and processes that respectively promote or hinder growth. Knowledge and understanding of above mentioned processes and elements are essential premises to perform correct leadership. Strategic challange will, in many ways be the continious reconfiguration and integration of its competences and customers- changing the roles and relationsships among its "constellation" of key players.
